Accessorising this dress for a Spring wedding (maternity)?

What colour/style shoes, bag, jewellery, hairstyle, any sort of wrap/shawl/cardigan? Nothing too old, I’ll only be 21…
I’ve bought it for a family wedding I’m going to in Spring, as I’ll _hopefully_ be 8 months pregnant and I’d really appreciate help from people with style, as I have none

It would look really good with some black ballet-type flats. If you’re 8 months pregnant you probably won’t want to wear heels….
A simple silver bracelet or necklace would look nice without distracting people from the awesomeness of the dress
I think it would look best with a small-ish clutch bag.
Any kind of up-do would be very pretty.
