Ovulation Schedule
Need help figuring out ovulation schedule?
I have been REALLY irregular. I started Nuva ring last march and ever since then my monthly has been monthly. I got my last period October 11th and it ended the 13th. I’m not due to get AF until Nov 9th.
I’ve been experiencing pregnancy symptoms and need help figuring out when i would have been ovulating to see if it matches up with my sex life. I am on birth control and that is the ONLY method of contraception we use. My fiance and I would be happy seeing a pos. or neg. on that stick next week. However, I’d still like to know if the ovulation matches.
Thanks in advance!
I was on a schedule to check for ovulation years ago and it goes as follows: Keep a daily chart to determine your normal temperature rectally. Check your temperature rectally in the am before getting out of bed. When you see a sudden increase, you can assume you are starting to ovulate. It should be a three day spike in temperature. This is the time when you may expect to become furtile.
